Most rankings measure absolute revenue, which structurally favours companies that were already large. The Incredible Inc. 50 measures growth, resilience and contribution — and it looks specifically at the segment where most of the U.S.–India economy actually operates: companies between ten and five hundred people, often family-founded, often first-generation, often invisible to the organisations that compile rankings.
Now in its fifth edition, the programme has been held in Washington DC, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bethesda and New Delhi. Honourees have received their awards alongside members of Congress, state governors and serving chief ministers.
